Conditions
OzLink Internet Services (Business No BN 1106 2666) is a trading name of
"Hydrogold Pty Ltd" (Australian Company No 099 261 042) which is the trustee for
The Pryor Family Trust (Australian Business No 42 875 907 441 registered on 14 January 2002).
- The agreement will be between OzLink Internet Services (here-in-after call the "Vendor") and the "Customer".
- All material is accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of the Vendor. The Vendor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Normally the Vendor will reject improper material before they accept payment. In the case where the Vendor rejects material after payment is made, the Vendor will provide the Customer with a full refund. As a guideline, the following will not be acceptable:
- Any illegal or seemingly illegal activity
- Any personal or escort style activity
- Any business promoting gambling (legal but not socially acceptable)
- Any business promoting smoking or alcohol (legal but not acceptable drugs)
- Any graphics, pictures or words that may offend (eg, sexual, violence, profanity)
- If a Customer is not satisfied with their web site, they will notify the Vendor within 7 days of the site being created. If the Vendor cannot correct the problem to their satisfaction, the Vendor will provide a full refund. Our aim is to satisfy all Clients.
- In the event of non-payment by the Customer, the Vendor reserves the right to remove any or all material associated with the Customer from the web site.
